Pleased to see that after 16 years, GENDA was passed in NY that protects transgender people from discrimination in employment, housing, and public accommodations. Well done!
The State Senate has passed the Gender Expression Non-Discrimination Act (GENDA), which adds gender identity as a protected class in housing, employment, and public accommodations.
